Welcome to the dietetics and nutrition library research guide. These resources, which require a login with your Lipscomb email address and password, are available both on and off campus.

Evidence Analysis Library membership log-in instructions: 

  1. Go direct to the EAL – – click on the word LOGIN located in the upper right hand corner and enter your official Academy username and password (the same password you use to log into the Academy’s website.

  1. Click on this link to the Academy’s website Research page - - and sign in as an Academy member using your official username and your password, click on the words Evidence Analysis Library. You will be redirected and automatically logged into the EAL.

The Academy’s website ( allows members to login with their username or email. But the EAL requires the username. If anyone continues to experience problems logging in with the membership credentials, they can email

Start your research by using the Search box to search everything held by our library.

Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

You can submit a request to have articles, or books, Lipscomb does not own be sent to you from other libraries around the world.

Once you submit the request form, Beaman library staff reach out to other libraries and ask them to loan us their materials.

Libraries do NOT share textbooks and can NOT share eBooks with other libraries.
